I am an Artist...

And so, I must be able to create, to thrive, to have freedom in my day. My hands must be busy: making, working, doing---not idle and stagnant. My body must be moving, working hard to create inspiration and beauty. My work flows freely when my mind & body & spirit flow freely. I am an Artist.
